On Valentine's Day, Happy Cupid will randomly appear in Valentine Park, some of the World Community Parks (Bahasa, Chinese, English, French, Japanese, Korean, Spanish, Tagalog, Thai), or Lovely Heart Room.

If you find him, he'll give you one yummy Chocolate Heart Stick when you Prop him and say "I love Pico Perfect"†. Love must be a mutually given and received, right?
